The 2025 Dakota 50/50 was a huge success all around. Our weanlings sold well to great homes and our Oak Ridge Ranch horses showed up in force in the show pen and dominated the weekend.

Yearling Challenge Grand Champion was Scoots Whip N Pace (Whippet to the Side x Ginas Pace) owned and shown by Nichole Mathiason.

Futurity Grand Champion was Larkin Lil Boon (Lil Blue Boon x A Larkin We Will Go) owned and shown by Staci Stapleton.
Futurity 6th Place was Okies Topsail Redbud (Genuine Tinsel x Okies Topsail Rebate) shown by Seth Ingram, owned by Oak Ridge Ranch and now on his way to his new home in California!
Futurity 7th Place was SH Lil Nu Chex owned and shown by our Assistant Trainer Hailey Albright and bred by Gene Vandenberg, go team Oak Ridge Ranch!
Futurity Competitor Playin Like A Doc (Smarkles x Lenas Lil Loose Pace) owned and shown by Kenra Jurek.
Futurity Competitor Chocolat Chic Whiz (Gee Whiz It Shines x Hansom Chocolat Chic) owned and shown by Emily Fannik.

Maturity Grand Champion was Spooks A Wizard (Spookytown Dot Com x Peppys Pretty Pace) shown by Seth Ingram owned by Oak Ridge Ranch.

Dakota 50/50 SUBSTITUTION for LOT 530:
Hansom Roanie Chic - AQHA Red Roan filly by Gee Whiz It Shines (Topsail Whiz x Ladys Sparkle) out of Hansom Chocolat Chic (Chocolate Chic Olena x Hansome Hailstorm). Cute little filly with quick feet and catty moves. She will make a great reining prospect and be cowy to boot!
