Had a great day at Guido’s Fresh Marketplace. Really appreciate the team bringing Mamadoro in at both the Great Barrington and Pittsfield locations.

Amazing turnout. We moved a lot of sauce and had the chance to connect with so many people. A lot of New Yorkers in the mix, along with great local support. Honestly felt like being back home.

We discovered something yesterday…

Recipe testing the Mamadoro vodka sauce.

We ran our first tests a few weeks ago and now we are dialing it in with a few final rounds before launch. It is always a great feeling when a new recipe starts coming together.

If all goes well, Mamadoro Vodka Sauce should be landing late April, maybe May.
