🚨 NEW PRODUCT ALERT 🚨

We are officially carrying a LOCALLY MADE and OUTSTANDING new marinade line called Statesmen Marinades.

👀 They claim to flavor meat well in 30 minutes, so we went ahead and put it to the test… Our take? It literally DOES 👏🏻 THE 👏🏻 JOB 👏🏻

John Pimental made grilled skirt steak with the Carne Asada and grilled vidalia onion and it was ✨ chefs kiss ✨ .

We have now tried all the varieties and they are all fantastic. Stoked to be carrying another local product 🙌🙌

👇🏻 Which one will you try first?! Come grab yours at 📍 Dennis, MA | 🥩 Butcher & Deli | 🥪 Sandwiches Made to Order inside Ring Bros. Marketplace!

🎁 Father’s Day is this Sunday!

If Dad doesn’t need another tie, coffee mug, grilling gadget, or “World’s Best Dad” t-shirt… We have a better idea.

🥩 Bone-In Cowboy Cut Ribeyes:

Massive.
Beautifully marbled.
Hand cut.
And guaranteed to put a bigger smile on his face than anything you’ll find at a department store.

Most dads don’t want more stuff. They want a reason to fire up the grill, crack a cold drink, and spend the evening doing something they enjoy.

This is that gift. The kind that gets carried into the backyard like a trophy. The kind that makes the neighbors peek over the fence. The kind that gets talked about long after dinner is over.

👀 And yes… the bone makes it cooler. We don’t make the rules. 🤷🏻

Available now at 📍 Dennis, MA | 🥩 Butcher & Deli | 🥪 Sandwiches Made to Order inside Ring Bros. Marketplace just in time for Father’s Day.

⚠️ Fair warning: giving Dad a steak this good may permanently ruin future Father’s Day gifts.

🚨 THIS IS NOT A DRILL. 🚨

And before anyone asks… NO. Please do not throw this on the grill like a regular steak. 😅

Japanese A5 Wagyu is unlike any beef you’ve ever eaten. In fact, if you prepare it like a traditional ribeye, you’ll completely miss what makes it special.

Here’s exactly what we recommend:

🥩 Cut it SMALL: Think slices, strips, or cubes. This is not a 16 oz steak dinner. The richness is so intense that most people only eat a few ounces at a time.

🔥 Cook it HOT and FAST: A screaming hot cast iron pan is your best friend. 30–60 seconds per side is often plenty. You’re looking to gently render that incredible marbling, not cook it into submission.

🧂 Keep seasoning simple: Salt. Maybe pepper. That’s it. You’re paying for the flavor of the beef. Let it shine.

🍽 Eat it in small bites: Seriously. Slow down. Savor it. A5 Wagyu contains so much intramuscular fat that each bite coats your palate in a way most beef simply can’t.

🥢 Consider serving it as an experience: Slice it thin. Share it. Pair it with rice, roasted vegetables, mushrooms, or even by itself.

👀 Can you eat it raw? Authentic Japanese A5 Wagyu is often served lightly seared, rare, or even raw in dishes like sushi and tartare!

That said, we recommend preparing it according to your comfort level and food safety preferences.

Trust us. Once you taste it, you’ll understand why steak lovers around the world obsess over this stuff.

Remember this little gem? 👀

Back in May, we quietly introduced RIND Cheese’s award winning, plant based cheeses to the case.

Not only the vegans love them.
Even the CHEESE people love them!

So naturally…We brought in more. 😏

🧀 Classic Cambleu (back in stock)
Rich, creamy, funky, and somewhere between a traditional camembert and blue cheese.

🧀 Brie Crème (NEW!)
Luxuriously creamy with that buttery, bloomy-rind character Brie lovers chase.

🧀 Alpine Style (NEW!)
Nutty, savory, slightly sweet, and inspired by the mountain cheeses of Europe.

The thing we love most about RIND isn’t that it’s vegan. It’s that it’s made with the same respect, patience, aging, culturing, and craftsmanship you’d expect from any truly exceptional cheese.

👏🏻 If you’ve been curious but hesitant, consider this your sign.

👇🏻 If you’ve already tried them, tell us your favorite.

And if you’re building a summer charcuterie board, you might want to grab one before everyone else catches on. 😉

📍Available now in the cheese case at Dark Horse Beef & Deli inside Ring Brothers Marketplace

Many people will never buy this steak.

🤷🏻 This isn’t for the person looking for the cheapest meat in town.

This is for the one that spends all week working with their hands. The one who researches smokers for fun. The one who knows the difference between a good steak and a life changing steak.

The one who watches videos about Japanese A5 Wagyu at 11:30 at night and wondered if it could possibly be worth the hype.

‼️ We’re here to tell you: It is.

🤤 This is authentic Japanese A5 Wagyu. The highest grade of beef in the world. Meat so heavily marbled that it almost doesn’t look real.

And now it’s here at Dark Horse.
Not sitting in the meat case.
Not piled up for everyone.

Not because we’re trying to be fancy, but because this isn’t the kind of steak you casually throw in the cart next to a gallon of milk.

This is an experience.
👏🏻 A birthday steak.
👏🏻 An anniversary steak.
👏🏻 An “I busted my behind all year and I’m celebrating” steak.
👏🏻 A “my buddies won’t believe this” steak.

A once-in-a-lifetime steak for some people. And once-a-month for others. 😏

If you’ve been waiting for a chance to try the real thing… Your chance just arrived.

📍Message us, call us, or stop in and talk to the team at inside .

Just don’t wait too long. The people who know what they’re looking at are already on their way.

This ribeye has absolutely no business looking this good.

Officially, it’s USDA Choice.
Visually? Having an identity crisis. 😅

To be fair, we’ve seen Prime steaks with less marbling than this.

This is exactly why we spend so much time sourcing, inspecting, and hand selecting what ends up in our case.

Grades matter, but every animal is different, and every cut tells its own story.

👀 Some days a Choice ribeye shows up looking like it wants a promotion.

Today is one of those days.

Cheese Island Update! 🚨

Ever stood in front of a cheese case and thought: “That looks amazing… but I have absolutely no idea what it is.” 😅

One of the things we have been working on behind the scenes is making our cheese selection easier (and a lot more fun) to explore.

Starting now, you’ll notice our cheese labels include:

🧀 Milk type (cow, sheep, goat, etc.)
🌎 Country or region of origin
👅 Flavor notes
🍷 Suggested pairings

Because buying cheese shouldn’t require a degree in cheesemongering. 👏🏻

Case in point: Istara Ossau-Iraty
🐑 Sheep’s milk cheese from the French Pyrenees

If you’re a Manchego fan, this one deserves your attention.

Rich, buttery, and nutty with toasted hazelnut notes, a gentle finish, and just enough complexity to make you pause and go, “Okay… that’s really good.”

👀 And if you’re feeling a little more adventurous… Meet Withersbrook Blue from Jasper Hill Farm.

This isn’t your typical blue cheese. It’s creamy, balanced, and wrapped in cider-soaked cloth that gives it subtle orchard notes. Opening it is like you’re walking straight into an apple orchard.

Bonus points: the cheesemaker specifically recommends pairing it with ribeye. Can’t really go wrong, there!

In other words, come explore the cheese island at inside . Ask questions. Sample something new.

That’s what we’re here for. 🧀

👀 Something BIG is happening at Dark Horse.

For years our cheese and charcuterie section quietly sat in the corner while the meat counter stole all the attention.

🧀 But nobody puts cheese in a corner 😏

Because if you’ve walked past our cheese island inside Ring Brothers Marketplace without stopping, you’ve been missing one of the coolest parts of the store.

🔦 Amy Marie has officially taken over and she’s bringing a level of knowledge, passion, creativity, and obsession that deserves its OWN spotlight.

Every week she’ll be hand-selecting seasonal cheeses, imported specialties, domestic favorites, local finds, charcuterie pairings, and everything you need to build an unforgettable board.

But more importantly… She’ll teach you about them.

The history.
The craftsmanship.
The science.
The stories.

Because cheese isn’t just food. It’s an experience. And we’re just getting started 👏🏻

🧀 We are proud to introduce Dark Horse Cheese and Charcuterie just in time for !

👉🏻 Give us a follow on IG, share with a friend, and be ready. It’s about to get real cheesy over here.

NOT EVERYONE KNOWS THIS 👀

😱 Steak tips aren’t actually a cut of meat.

What you’re looking at here is whole flap meat being hand trimmed and prepped by Tyler before it becomes the steak tips you know and love.

And that’s where quality starts!

At inside , we put a lot of thought into where our meat comes from because we believe sourcing matters.

That’s why we work with premium suppliers and carefully select the products that make it into our cases.

👏🏻 Because quality isn’t something you can add later. It’s something you build from the beginning.

Every steak tip, every roast, every steak starts with the same question “Would we be proud to serve this to our own family?”

If the answer isn’t yes, it doesn’t make the cut (literally).

We already said it, but we will say it again: Most places buy meat. Dark Horse curates it. And that makes all the difference.
