Pork Green Chili Meatloaf with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a Green Chili Veloutรฉ.... It's ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿผ delicious..... You can lick your plate.

I thought if I made a bunch of cheesecakes it would last me through the weekend and into Tuesday, but it's really that super average that it's going soooo fast. I'll be lucky to have any Tuesday, and already am planning a new pumpkin flavor to make Monday night.

Really stoked for this to be over with and maybe, jusssst maybe, I'll be able to get my right ankle wet in the river this summer! We did everything and then some. Rhys and I saw a shark in the ocean, we got a whale tale, lots of dolphins and flying fish. Had a blast at Lego Land and the football game, sweat to death in Hollywood, but had so much fun at Amoeba records... Saw movie sets out in the country, birds of paradise, and pelicans, seals and sea lions. We swam in the ocean, in a pool colder than the ocean, and had a blast every day. Forgot how to work.... ๐Ÿ˜‚

Tomorrow: Fish Friday

Next week, surgery on Friday! We will be here Tuesday through Thursday, then back again the following Thursday after my follow up ultrasound and release. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ Taking half of October off has been interesting, but I have no personal complaints. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Can't believe it's officially , the last Saturday to sell allllll the food before 11 days off, a kid football game, a kid volleyball tournament, a vacation to California (stay tuned to see what we do with the kids, we've got a ton planned!!!! Vacations are never meant to be relaxing! Must pack every possible second with adventure!!!!) you can assume we will be exhausted when we get back. ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿคฃ

Yesterday was nuts, what we sold out of at 6 pm a couple weeks ago, was sold out by 2 yesterday!!!!!!

Chef gets it, the Huli Huli makes you Druli Druli, and the ribs make you RAVENOUS!!!!! Next time, he will double up and see if we can have some ribs for dinner!!! When, hard to say..... We just did ribs twice in a month, due to popular demand. ๐Ÿ˜œ

Getting to see more and more locals lately.....Saying goodbye to the summer guys has been so sad!!! Had a great summer with you guys!!

Well, today is Fish Friday! You know what that means!!!!! The Clam Chowds and the Fish..... Someone said it's "Chowdah This World" which makes it like me....

I made the first Punkin' Cheesecake last night Punkin Chocolate Chip Muffin Cheesecake.... Chocolate Ganache Drizz.... Will get that ready ASAP, gimme a few.

Hog Roast tomorrow will also be our Sellout Saturday before vacation... come eat all the foods.... Including the special Parmesan Crusted Chicken over Pesto Cream Linguine. If we learned anything yesterday, it's that y'all need to message or call me to save you one before they're gone, that though!!!? Don't fear the missing out, save yourself. Get added to the morning group special reminder message (haven't formed this yet but really should.....) to be given the best chances of survival.

Closed: October 4-15, 23-28 for leg procedures and follow ups...I think that is all! Hopefully, hopefully, hopefully that will be the real beginning to the end of *this* 15 month long issue that tortures me can take a phat hike with Big B***y Yolanda Goaway and never come back!!!! Then we can move on to new, more exciting and hopefully shorter term issues!!! ๐Ÿคฃ

Gotta go, coffee awaits me and I need to vacuum!!!

The first bad news for all (you AND us); we came in this morning to water on the grills...after some investigation it seems like it is coming in through the hood vent, which in turn...makes us scared about electricity and water..... ๐Ÿซจ โšก ๐Ÿซจโšก๐Ÿซจโšก

Soooo....we have no grilled items (burgers, grilled chicken.....sandwiches!) until we can make sure we won't blow that up...

Fish baskets, chicken baskets, salads, chicken wings, sides, appetizers, nachos, frachos, totchos, potatoes....

Bad for you, good for me: surgery scheduled October 23rd, closed that Friday and Saturday!!!

Good for us: vacation next week! Closed this Sunday through the following Wednesday, back Thursday the 15th!!!

Also, we got to see and chat with Jet Tila, the celebrity chef at the expo yesterday! That was cool!! He's in the pic.
