TGIF everyone!!! I just acquired some new products in for customers that requested. I have chicken livers, ground turkey, chicken, lamb, and bison, chicken hearts, tripe, oxtails, beef feet, pork smoked hocks, smoked pork chops, and pigs feet. Just delivered today fresh bread from Rockland bakery and Whiskey Ridge bread delivered daily. We also have high quality prime steaks, hamburger ground daily, fresh boneless chicken, marinated chicken, fresh pork chops, sausage, and speciality Italian foods! Come on down and see what we have to offer and have a great weekend!

Happy Saturday! I finally process some new item for everyone to try! The products are so good and people who know me, have tried it in the past. To name some of them- summer sausage, salami, Jalapeño/cheddar sausage, bologna, and much more products to try! I brought in Calabrian, pepper dew peppers, garlic butter, cheeky monkey oil from Syracuse, Whalen’s horseradish products, valley maple cream, speciality olives, pastas and cheese from Italy. Our cases are stocked and ready with fresh steaks , sausage, marinated chicken, deli meats, and smoked products! We are opened 10am - 6 pm today. TGIF! Hope everyone had a great week! It’s time to get ready for the weekend! Fresh out of the smokehouse we have made kielbasa, andouille, chorizo, bratwurst and our new jalapeno smoked sausage! Just arrived from the Brooklyn stuffed shells, manicotti, and Borgattis ravioli from the Bronx! We have fresh prime steaks, briskets, marinated chicken, ring sausage, hamburger, and patties for your BBQ needs. We have lots speciality cheeses and meats from Italy! Good afternoon Everyone, hope all is staying out of the rain.. We just made some of your favorite sausage with cheese and Italian sausage. Maple brown snack-sticks, jalapeno cheddar snack-sticks, and plain hotdogs just came out of the smokehouse. I have fresh prime steaks, marinated chicken, and fresh burger made daily.. We still have bread from NYC and whiskey ridge sour dough bread on hand.. we hope to see you soon and thank you for shopping local..

Good morning everyone, I want to first say that I’m sorry for not reaching out to people about the bread ahead of time.. This is a last minute thing! I ordered a variety of bread and it’s on its way from the Bronx as we speak from Madonia’s bakery on Arthur Avenue.. Hopefully, if all goes well I will have it out on the sales floor by noon… If there is anything that you are looking for, I will try to accommodate the needs and suggestions of our customers. Good afternoon everyone! We just received in fresh rabbit, potato knishes, rice balls, and cooked meatballs… we have veal scallopini from the round and osso bucco. We just got in bone in pork and will be cutting it tomorrow for our meat case for all you that have requested. We are cutting prime steaks, making sausage, tumbling chicken, and beef… we have a lot of desserts for your liking! Come on down and hope to see you soon!

Hello Everyone! Look what we have made for you! We have processed provolone ring sausage, smoked brats, smoked chorizo, smoked andouille, smoked cajun, and smoked kielbasa. Just brought in Taylor pork roll for all you New Jersey folks.. We have Speciality marinated chicken and steak for the grill!
