Took 4 up to the butcher last week, they hang/dry age for 3 weeks then ready to pick up 2/2/22!!!!

$4.00/lb of the hanging weights for 1/4, 1/2, or full beef.
Hanging weights on those 4 are 684, 674, 648, and 568.
