Such a great Fall day outside. 🌞 ☀️ 🍃 🍂 🍁 🎃 .

Spent the day cleaning smokers and outdoor prep areas.

Finished the day with a 6hr slow smoked beef roast after a nice sear and braise in the dutch oven. 3hrs in added celery, carrots and potatoes. Great Roast ! 😋

Grilled and Seasoned Mahi Mahi tacos. Did a little experiment making a mango slaw and a mandarin orange slaw.

Sample was one type of slaw per taco.

The mango was super good with fish, and will try the mandarin orange again with twice as much oranges.

🐔 Chicken breast Fillet'd ,smoked, topped with bacon and Colby cheese. That's a great sandwich for dinner. 😋

Cant forget the toasted bun.
