More and more ppl are having sensitivity to "gluten". After some research here's what I've found. The wheat/flours we ingest are a hybrid from the true wheat and flours from the past. They have changed the DNA. Also bread isn't just water flour salt and sugar anymore, it's full of chemicals, preservatives msgs etc. Here's the good news...there is a place to buy prehybritized flour that's milled right here in MN! My suggestion is to try it and see. I'm going to order some to try myself. Gluten belly is a real thing!
