2nd year of diverse cover crops now we have implemented beef cows small scale to see what benefits they can bring to our soil. Our goal is to give the cattle small paddocks and move frequently. They are just as excited as we are!

Corn crop looking good. This is under irrigation. Right side of the picture is no tilled and the left is conventional till. So far this season can't tell the difference

In central Minnesota much of the snow has diminished . We took out our class mowers on some wheat ground that was attempted to be double cropped after peas. Will make nice steer bedding👍

It was asked what our corn looks like after it exits the roller mill (pictured left) the goal is to split the corn kernels one time. A large majority of what has came out of our mill just how we want it for steer feed. we store the corn in a concrete bunker (pictured right)

Some high moisture corn going through the Automatic roller mill. So far this has been an impressive machine.

Had a bit of a wind storm come through this morning. Everyone is okay 2 buildings are destroyed and some of our corn is doing the limbo but hopefully it comes to and stands back up straight.
