Lemon Lily Farm

Lemon Lily Farm Lemon Lily Farm specializes in field-grown perennials. We also offer herbs, seasonal bedding plants, cut your own flowers, tie-dye and felted hats and mittens.

Lemon Lily Farm is a very small family business located in Vermont's Lake Champlain Islands. My husband's family began farming here in the 1840's. They raised sheep, bees, vegetables and apples. Now we keep a few sheep and chickens and use the land to grow perennials. I majored in horticulture at the University of Vermont and have been in the Nursery business for the last 30 years.

Our Story

Lemon Lily Farm is a small family business located in Vermont's Lake Champlain Islands. My husband's family began farming here in the 1840's. They raised sheep, bees, vegetables and apples. Now we keep Shetland sheep for their fleece and use the land to grow perennials. I majored in horticulture at the University of Vermont and have been in the Nursery business for the last 30 years. My husband Hobart works on the farm mowing, mulching, pruning and weeding.
