Pigasus Meats We are a pastured pork operation working to shred as hard as we possibly can while making ridiculously good pork products.

Pigasus Meats is a pasture based livestock operation in South Hero, VT, run by Phelan O'Connor and Kelsey Chandler. We currently raise pigs on pasture and will be adding free-range laying hens in Fall 2017. Visit us at the Burlington Farmers Market starting August 2017 or stop by the farm and say Hi!

When we look at a nearly empty freezer, the only thing we can think about is the LOVE that has been shown from our community !!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! We have had a busy summer and we are forever grateful. We have a HUGE restocking coming in at the end of this month of sausage and bacon.. but fret you not, our cuts freezer still stocked with your all of your favorites!
