Beginnings
My earliest memories are steeped with my best friends, Mother’s goats. As an introverted rural Midwestern girl, I dreamed of my own farm from the very beginning. While I’ve taken a round-about path to that dream, slow and steady like the tortoise has proved wise. We began our dairy herd of Nigerian Dwarfs over ten years ago and have improved on those foundation animals, something all our own. Productive CAPrine companions overlook Lake Champlain SANDbar, thus Capsand Creamery was born.
