This isn’t something I ever wanted to have to write, but it’s something that needs to be said.
From the beginning, this business was built on hard work, trust, and the idea that everyone involved would move in the same direction. It was never just about making money—it was about building something real, something we could all be proud of. But over time, ongoing issues have made it clear that not everyone shares that same mindset.
There have been repeated situations where trust was broken, accountability was avoided, and standards that were once non-negotiable were ignored. These aren’t small, one-time mistakes—they are patterns that have continued despite opportunities to correct them. And when that happens, it doesn’t just affect one person, it affects the entire team, the business, and everything we’ve worked to build.
No business can grow—or even survive—under those conditions. You can’t build something strong on a foundation that keeps getting weakened. At a certain point, you have to make a decision not based on emotion, but on what’s necessary to protect what’s been created.
Because of these ongoing issues, we are making the difficult decision to close this chapter with those who have not upheld the standards expected. This is not about personal feelings or grudges—it’s about responsibility, integrity, and the future of the business.
To those who have done the right thing, who have shown up, worked hard, and stayed true to what this was meant to be—this decision is also for you. You deserve to be part of something that reflects your effort and your values.
Moving forward, the focus is simple: rebuild with the right people, the right mindset, and a renewed commitment to doing things the right way.
This is not easy, but it is necessary.
I have not wanted to feed in to the online drama and that’s why I have stayed silent. But we are coming back and will be 100000x’s better than ever before!!!
