Man took full advantage of Martin Luther King Jr Day and went slay some fish on the ice.

Lil Yetti and I jumped at the opportunity to go with .dave .ut up to Scofield and try out their new assortment of jigs.

Got 11 through the ice but more importantly got to talk with no distractions from phones, texts, tv, or games. As I get older that’s more important than actually catching things. Also got to do some outdoor cooking again by whipping up grilled cheese on the ice for the boys.

Whelp the game didn’t end like we had hoped here but the snacks were on point.

Seasoned pork belly with Competition BBQ Rub and cooked it on the bullseye.

Then made some tasty tater skins and buffalo chicken dip.

Last meal of 2025.

A quick steak cook, using marinade for steak and kabobs. Grilled on the bullseye at 400.
