We are thrilled to announce that Gerry has welcomed five beautiful babies. She has shown remarkable maternal instincts thus far. The babies all have big round bellies, and Gerry is recovering well. In a surprising move, Gerry gave birth discreetly, making her way upstairs into our bedroom and concealing the babies behind a hope chest. Luckily, I found one of the kits and began searching, eventually locating the remaining four. We have relocated the babies to Gerry's nesting box in her hutch and are closely monitoring their progress. From my observations, I believe we have four boys and one girl. Although Gerry is not fully pedigreed, Tipsy is, so the kits will have a partial Netherland dwarf pedigree.
Colors are TBD, again mostly due to my inexperience.
