🟤 Old Fashioned Chocolate Pie with Golden Meringue 🟤

📋 Ingredients:

● 1 pie crust, baked
● 1/4 cup butter
● 1 cup sugar
● 1/4 cup flour
● 1/2 cup cocoa powder
● 2 cups milk
● 3 egg yolks
● 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Meringue:
● 3 egg whites
● 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
● 1/2 cup sugar

📝 Instructions:

1️⃣ Bake Pie Crust: Bake your pie crust according to your recipe or use a store-bought one. Set it aside to cool.
2️⃣ Make Chocolate Filling: In a medium saucepan, whisk together cocoa, sugar, flour, and milk. Add the egg yolks and butter, cooking over medium heat while stirring constantly. Continue to cook until the mixture thickens into a smooth, creamy filling. Once done, pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
3️⃣ Whip Meringue: In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add in the sugar and continue beating until the meringue holds stiff peaks.
4️⃣ Bake Meringue: Spoon the meringue over the chocolate filling, spreading it out to touch the edges of the crust. Bake the pie at 350F for 10-15 minutes until the meringue turns golden. Allow the pie to cool completely before serving.

Crockpot Sweet Potatoes With Marshmallows
Ingredients:
4 large sweet potatoes, about 2 lbs, peeled and diced into 1/2 inch cubes
¾ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup butter, sliced into pieces
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice, or cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions:
Spray an 8-quart slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Place the sweet potatoes in the slow cooker. Add the brown sugar, maple syrup, butter, pumpkin pie spice, and salt and stir to combine.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and set it on high for 4 hours, or until the sweet potatoes are fork tender. There will be extra sauce at the bottom when done cooking. You can pour it out if desired, or leave it to drizzle on top of the sweet potatoes when serving.
Five minutes before serving, remove the lid and top with marshmallows. Place the lid back on the sweet potatoes and let the marshmallows melt for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately!

For the Lobster:
2 lobster tails
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Lemon wedges for serving
For the Scallops:
1/2 lb sea scallops, patted dry
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

❗Instructions:

For the Lobster:
Prepare the Lobster Tails: Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise. Gently pull the lobster meat out, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.

Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster tails.

Broil the Lobster: Preheat your oven's broiler. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with more garlic butter halfway through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

For the Scallops:
Sear the Scallops: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Sear the scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until they are golden brown and slightly firm to the touch. Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.

3 cups dry elbow macaroni
4 Tbsp salted butter
2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
⅓ cup milk of choice
2 large eggs
¼ tsp garlic salt
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp paprika
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13" baking pan.
Cook macaroni in salted water until al dente, then drain and return to the pot. Stir in butter until melted.
In a bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, milk, eggs, and garlic salt.
In another bowl, combine cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

Ingredients:
40 salted saltine crackers
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups white chocolate chips
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Crackers
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are tightly packed together.
Step 2: Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping
In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set this mixture aside for sprinkling later.

Step 3: Make the Caramel
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly as the mixture begins to boil. Once boiling, continue cooking for about 3 minutes until the mixture reaches a deep caramel color and thickens slightly.

Ingredients:
4 medium zucchinis, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for frying
Directions:
Grate the zucchinis and place them in a colander. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and let sit for 10 minutes to draw out moisture. Then, squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, flour, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Scoop 1/4 cup of the zucchini mixture and drop it into the skillet, flattening it into a round pancake shape.
