The incredible Dazzling Dahlias have returned to our tables at The Hat!

The Pontiac Trail road project is not only hurting our local brick and mortar neighbors here in South Lyon, but it has majorly impacted our local farmers and artisans with the closure of the downtown farmers market this year. As much as we would love to send you down to the market to purchase some of these incredible dahlias for yourselves, that just isn’t an option this year.

So stop by and let these beautiful flowers brighten your day on this beautiful Saturday!

🤫🤫🌮🌮sshhh…. can hear it??? Our beef birria tacos are calling you name!!

We slow cook our tender and delicious beef for hours in our house made consume’ before it ends up covered with cheese in a corn tortilla on our flat top. We then serve with a side of consume’ for dipping along with fresh fried corn chips and our house made pico de gallo.

I bet you can hear it now!!

Thank you Amanda and WWJ Newsradio 950 for talking to us about the extremely tough decision to not move forward with Fury this year.

We are still raising funds and collecting food all month for Active Faith Community Services of South Lyon and Blessings in a Backpack-South Lyon! They need our help now more than ever, so please help out if you are able to and bring some food to donate or give a buck or two to help these cornerstones of our community next time you stop in!

And please support ALL of the businesses in our town and shop local as much as you can! This road project is majorly impacting so many of our neighbors and friends along Pontiac Trail.
