Ooey Gooey Cinnabon Focaccia 🤤
Soft sourdough discard focaccia layered with brown sugar + Ceylon cinnamon, baked into gooey cinnamon goodness and absolutely smothered in vanilla glaze.

There’s even a little banana hiding in the dough for that ridiculously soft texture but you’d never know it. 🍌

This one might need to become a permanent Savage Patch situation. 😮‍💨

The other mini gluten free vanilla cake got a lemon blueberry makeover 🍋🫐🍰

Layers of zesty lemon, organic blueberry preserves & homemade buttercream, topped with local bee pollen because apparently ragweed has decided it’s already my personal enemy this year. 😂🤧🐝

Am I a cake decorator? Absolutely not.

Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough with a Chipotle Ranch Swirl 🌶️🧀

Tore into this one with a big bowl of chicken, lentil & butternut squash stew and GOOD LORD. The spicy, cheesy bread + cozy stew combo had no business being that good. 🤌🏼

Isa Browns might not be the fanciest chickens on the homestead, but they definitely earn their keep. Big brown eggs, steady laying, sweet personalities, and somehow always glowing during golden hour. 😂

Three hens, a rooster, and a barn cat walk into a sunrise… 🌅🐓🐈

No punchline. Apparently they just wanted to sit on all the junk in my yard. Yet somehow they made it look like an aesthetic scene from a homesteading magazine. 😂

The whole crew watching the sun come up together. Although, I’m pretty sure the cat’s only rule is: “y’all can sit here, just don’t get too close.”

Sometimes you just need to try the swirl score. 😍🥖

This was my first time trying this technique and I was NOT prepared for how pretty she’d turn out. That oven spring made the whole swirl come to life. 🤌🏼

I’ll drop the pre bake picture in the comments because you have to see the transformation. 😂

Safe to say this won’t be my last swirl score.
