Finally…2 finished cakes for my pickiest customer! 🤣

The party theme was “Two Scoops Are Better Than One” for my twins’ second birthday! We had a full ice cream bar, and we even had matching Neapolitan “ice cream” cakes!

(And no, the “customer” never did pay 🤪)

I'm not one to usually complain about my customers, so let me start by saying most of my customers are the BEST! But this week I had a particularly difficult situation...

She changed her mind approximately 47 times - she had a very specific vision but couldn't communicate it clearly. She requested TWO whole cakes, and wanted them each to be THREE different flavors! And the cakes needed to be IDENTICAL. Like, down to the number of sprinkles.

The worst part? I didn't collect payment up front, and I still haven't been paid. The cakes are being picked up for a party today.

The other worst part? It was ME. 😂 The good part is I am satisfied with the final product - I'll be sharing pics later! (And no, I didn't really count the sprinkles 😆).

Happy 2nd birthday to our girls!!!
