It’s Christmas in July for the butchers !

Almost 70 pounds of Japanese A5 PLUS from Kagoshima Prefecture. Both Strip and Ribeye are available. Beef marbling standard is 10-11 (out of 12.)

We are slicing to order, so you can order as much or as little as you would like! It’s best enjoyed in thin slices for the full tender, sweet and nutty flavor!! It’s wicked good and available now!
