Description: A ramped-up full-strength version of our House Pale Ale. We used all the same ingredients, except we increased the malt and hop bill by 50% to achieve a fuller body, higher alcohol, and very intense hop character!

6.6% ABV 
IBU: 66
OG: 16.5 Plato
Kettle whirlpool hops: Citra, Mosaic
Dry Hops: Cryo-Mosiac, Cryo-Citra
Malts: Golden Promise, Caramalt
Brewing Process: Single infusion for more body. This pale receives a bittering charge of cryo-hops 15 min before the end of the boil, then a 50% greater charge in the whirlpool and dry hop!

Try in on CO2 and nitro for two totally different drinking experiences.
