Our Story
Our name BEMBEL-WITH-CARE originates from the logistical concept 'handle with care'. Our name is often misinterpreted as many believe we are taking care of only the physical aspect of the product in relation to our company name. In fact, our vision with BEMBEL-WITH-CARE was and is to protect, preserve and prosper the Apfelwein (German Cider) culture as a whole. We are aware of fragility that has surrounded Apfelwein over the years, the consumers growing older and the gradual disappearance of Apfelwein in public, and believe it is our due diligence to the Apfelwein culture to care for the future of this outstanding product. So we’re happy to say that by now, Apfelwein is fully back in our cultural awareness and reaching not only old, but a lot of younger people, turning them into fans of this exquisite drink.

Our Geli requested 3 weeks off because she traveled once again (!!!) to Germany to visit her family. She keeps sending the kitchen team pictures (she does miss us a little; look, she even took the KB T-Shirt with her :-), and I told her to take also one picture of her and Bemble with care.
