It is day three of outside access for the Hawley sheep and today they got access to the pond area grass. The new lambs have begun to figure out how to follow their moms and the flock, and to eat that yummy green stuff that is attached to the ground. The world is sooo big! And they thought it was big yesterday when they were just immediately outside the barn!

These little jersey boys graduated from being tied individually to being paired loose. They immediately got busy doing Jersey Things by nibbling whitewash off the walls and licking wood, instead of the tasty second cutting grass hay. 🙄 Well they both chew cud already so 🤷 what do we humans know?
