These Watermelon Roll Ups are sweet, salty, and incredibly refreshing. Thin ribbons of watermelon are wrapped around creamy feta, finished with fresh herbs and a drizzle of balsamic glaze for an easy appetizer that’s guaranteed to impress.

INGREDIENTS:
Watermelon
Feta cheese
Fresh mint, chopped
Fresh basil, chopped
Balsamic glaze (or date syrup)

RECIPE:
1.Use a vegetable peeler to slice long, thin ribbons of watermelon.
2.Place small pieces of feta along one end of each ribbon.
3.Sprinkle with chopped mint and basil.
4.Roll the watermelon around the feta.
5.Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and serve immediately.

🥭 🍦 FROZEN YOGURT BARK 🍦 🥭

DID I HAVE TO CLEAN OUT MY FREEZER TO FILM THIS?!? Of course! I have so many bags with two dumplings and 1/4 cup of spinach floating around in there

but this sweet treat, is absolutely worth making space for.

And in this heat wave, this breakfast/snack/dessert is saying “Mother Nature is giving 95 degrees and zero chill outside, so naturally I made the most refreshing thing I could think of. 🥵🍓”

This frozen yogurt bark is layered with Greek yogurt, strawberry preserves, fresh strawberries and peaches, granola, a drizzle of honey, and Fruit Riot! strawberry and peach frozen mango pieces.

Cold, fruity, a little sweet, a little tart… basically everything I need right now. Come cool off with me. 🥭🍯✨
