It’s been three years since we moved the cows to Southampton, we have had a lot of ups and downs, and many changes. When we first moved we had 80 beef cows (give or take) and now we are left with two of the original cows from the home farm, Bessy and Olive. Only a few short months into being in Southampton life threw a curve ball at a friend of ours and we ended up with a herd of Holstein heifers, and then Greg’s dream came true of milking cows when one of those heifers calved. “Bolduc Farm” has now changed to “Bolduc Dairy Farm” and we wouldn’t be where we are today without the friends and family who supported every step of the way. From milking one R&W Holstein to now milking a whole herd of many different breeds that is growing rapidly in, we couldn’t be happier and more grateful for the opportunities we have been given. Here’s to many more years of making improvements and growing bigger!
