Today the last of our cows moved to their summer pasture. Our bull came home to work his magic as well, thank god he’s got a great temperament cause he’s a big boy! He produces though, got 5 for 5 calves, someone that borrows him before we use him got 5 for 5 with his cows and hopefully Stud’s other owner will be getting 5 for 5 with his cows.

The babies are coming! Baby #2 arrived on 21 March, a little heifer calf to one of our younger girls, mom and baby are both doing well. Baby #1 and mom had complication and we lost the calf, that’s one of the unfortunate realities of farming. We are expecting 3 more to be on the way soon. #2026
