Who’s ready for some local tulips? My first variety is ready. These unassuming buds open to the most lovely white emperor tulip. I’ll be opening the stand on Saturday! Along with the tulips, I will have a nice selection of Dahlia Tubers also.

Spring is here and we are building raised planters of all sizes out of all local cut and milled lumber. Using pressure treated lumber leaches chemicals over time into the soil and into your food and puts money in the pockets of industrial chemical companies. Frost has arrived. Woke up to beautifully frosted flowers, which only lasts for a few moments before demise sets in. A huge thank you to everyone for your support this season. It’s really a pleasure being able to grow fresh locally grown flowers for you all. The big dahlia dig starts soon!
