We are very excited to not only partner on another Four Man Ladder (the amazing group behind Grey Ghost and Second Best Detroit) in Detroit) but with them and Olympia Development of Michigan on 4ML’s third location.

The 5,000-square-foot restaurant will be on the street level of the Eddystone, which Olympia is redeveloping as an apartment building

There is nothing better than a classic and when we got the chance to replicate the Birmingham staple since 1952, Hunter House Hamburgers, on the campus of United Wholesale Mortgage, we couldn’t have been more excited. We had a great time working with the design and construction team building this project to be just like the original but with upgrades to ensure the efficiency developed in Birmingham was maintained or exceeded!

Proud to announce the opening of The Beer Exchange, Shorty Bell's Pizza, and Grand River Ball Room in downtown Detroit!

This one was truly a labor of love: we faced a number of unique challenges and opportunities with the existing space requiring creative thinking, cohesion among all project team members, and above all: adaptability.

The final result is a gorgeous front of house, extremely efficient back of house spaces, and a truly unique concept right in the heart of Detroit.

We can’t recommend it enough: stop in for a meal and a pint at the only place in the country where a “market crash” is reason for celebration! We’re proud of this one, and we think you’ll see why.
