Today's Tequila Tuesday feature is Cazadore's unique Añejo Cristalino. What happens when you apply charcoal filtration to a 1-2 year añejo? This bottle answers that question. With much of the color and tannin from barrel aging filtered out, the tequila is much more bright tasting than your standard añejo, with citrus notes still being supported by a rich herbal base and sweet finishing notes. Cazadores is known for their affordable workhorse lineup, and this one is no different.

Today's Tequila Tuesday is one of one, for us at least. We have one bottle of this extra añejo from Tears of Llorona. This small batch producer releases runs of only 9,000 bottles of its tequilas making them both hard to come by, as well as somewhat mysterious. Aged for 5 years in a variety of barrel types, it takes on a stunningly complex array of flavors, creating a tequila that is dark and rich, with notes of brandy, cocoa, oak, and charcoal. This is a very special tequila worth savoring.

Get those cauldrons bubbling, because it’s finally spooky season! One of the most fun times of the year deserves some fun drinks, and we’ve got the goods. We need to see your ID! If our store clerk doesn’t recognize you and thinks you look younger than 40? ID. If you’re buying Burgundy and single malt Scotch? ID. If you’re just buying a shot and you swear you’re old enough but left your wallet in the car? ID.

Seriously, though, any time you come to the store to purchase alcohol, please have your ID on hand. We want to provide the most personable experience possible whenever you’re here, but we also need to be sure we’re in compliance with state law, and that we can continue operating for years to come. Today's Tequila Tuesday feature is this new small 375ml format of Adictivo's wildly popular reposado. Often regarded as a dessert tequila Adictivo, sits squarely on the sweet end of the spectrum, prominently showcasing notes of vanilla, caramel, oak, and honey. This is not your every day tequila, and so it's nice to be able to offer this smaller bottle. It's a great way to buy the right tequila for the right occasion, when you know that a full 750ml might not be needed!

Today's Tequila Tuesday feature is this special edition 375ml añejo from 818 Tequila, and it might be the first bottle we've seen that masquerades as an art deco object. Imagine your guests' surprise when you're pouring post-dinner tequilas from it! This is a sweet tequila that leans into vanilla and caramel flavors, making it right for dessert and maybe a cigar pairing. Fans of the popular Adictivo line will find this one appealing, and that bottle will make a great collectible!

Today's Tequila Tuesday is this new-to-us reposado from Azulejos. Through the use of extended fermentation times, Azulejos brings out extra sweetness and character from their cooked agave, and the repo is aged in American wh***ey casks. This makes for a sweet-leaning tequila that also packs the punch of notable barrel flavors. The final product is poured into unique hand-crafted bottles that make for their own conversation pieces. If you've been in a rut with your go-to tequilas, give Azulejos a try and let us know what you think!

Here we go! Today is the Lions home opener, and we're gearing up for another stressful -- er, fun -- season. We think the trusty tequila producers at 1800 are pulling for us as well, with this new limited edition Lions-themed blanco that commemorates the 1991 team with greats like Barry Sanders, Herman Moore, and Jerry Ball. That team made it to the NFC championship game -- something that wouldn't happen again until the 2023 season. 1800 is sending us good vibes, and the margaritas we'll need to make it through this season. Forward down the field!

Today's Tequila Tuesday feature is this special edition añejo from Casa Maestri, created to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States. The patriotic packaging pays a nod to the ongoing relationship between Mexico and the US, while the tequila inside has been aged for two years in white oak, leading to a very smooth drink that focuses on cooked agave, dried fruit, and warm spices. This collector's edition is truly gone once it's gone, so move quickly if you'd like to add this to your stash!

Today's Tequila Tuesday is a whole new product lineup for us from the small-batch craft tequila brand La Pulga! La Pulga keeps things simple, using only agave, water, and yeast in their production. Their batches are low-yield, and they use no artificial flavors or sweeteners. The blanco, reposado, and añejo are all notably agave forward, with differing levels of spice, herbs, and oak. The añejo mellows out a bit with vanilla and caramel showing up on the finish.

La Pulga represents a new breed of small-batch producers making traditional tequilas that are also innovative and fun. We're thrilled to add them to our shelves!
