Come and enjoy a cold glass of sangria this Sunday at Rosabianca winery in Northford! Emma’s Pearlz will be there with samples of her delicious cakes…enjoy our summer lemon flavor with an ice cold glass of lemon granita. Red wine sangria would taste lovely with our chocolate zucchini cake. And don’t forget our signature honeycakes while you are enjoying a cold glass of Frizzante!! Emma’s latest creation is a sky blue shawl. It’s her favorite since it reminds her of the clouds on a blue sky day!! She will be there with her family from 12-4pm. It’s never too early to shop for Christmas!

Hey everyone…13% chance of rain on Wednesday so come on out to the 25th TASTE OF SOUTHINGTON! You can cruise through all the restaurants for dinner then stop by EMMA’S PEARLZ for a delicious dessert. Our lemon beehive cake is a seasonal flavor for your summer enjoyment…chocolate zucchini fits right into summer due to the over abundance of zucchini in everyone’s garden… and of course our signature honey cakes made with orange juice and cloves will be for sale. We will have plenty of samples to try too!! Don’t forget Emma’s hand woven products…pillows, table runners, scarves, mug rugs and wine gift bags!! It’s never too early to shop for Christmas!! We are so excited to sell at one of our favorite places…ROSABIANCA WINERY in Northford from 12-4:00 on MOTHERS DAY, May 10. Come and enjoy a glass of wine with our delicious beehive cakes! We have brought back our lemon flavor to open up our 2026 season along with chocolate zucchini and traditional honey. AND….you can shop for your sweet momma at our table which will be full of hand woven scarves, table runners, table toppers, shawls and mug rugs! You can purchase one of Rosabianca’s wines and put it in one of Emma’s hand crafted wine bags!! I have to say, Emma has been very busy weaving all winter! We cannot wait to see you all on Sunday! We have missed you!

Emma’s Pearlz has come out of hibernation to start baking for the season! Honestly, it’s been a LONG WINTER but now the oven is on and we are ready to go! Carrot beehive cakes are on the menu for Easter and we have our delicious lemon, honey and chocolate zucchini cakes also. It’s not too late to order for Easter….deadline Wednesday April 1…A minimum order of 6 cakes is required.
