This picture doesn’t do last nights sky justice! ⛈️ We’ve been MIA on IG & FB lately because our girl & her team have been busy on the Softball Field’s🥎, but we’re still here. We have plenty of eggs available 🥚 & thanks to Dillon the girls got a coop refresh yesterday! 😊 & Don’t mind our luscious grass in front of the coops… you guessed right, the Chickens & Ducks have been partying it up with all the wet weather😑 Let us know if you need eggs because we have plenty to share!!

We have dozens of eggs available! Our chickens have been really doing well especially since this winter has been nothing short of a typical Ohio winter; with the extreme cold and snow!

If you need eggs or know of anyone that’s been looking send them our way, as our counters will thank everyone since we are no longer able to see them! Haha but on a serious note we’d just like them to go to someone who needs them!

Not asking for much🥹 this is the part where no matter how much we try mud gets everywhere!! It’s the worse season for taking care of animals! It’s hard to carry water, makes everything covered so you spend hours cleaning, just so the next day it looks like you’ve accomplished nothing!! 🤯🤯

We’ve had a TON of people ask how we have been so Successful on getting eggs this winter! Well here’s some of what we found to be beneficial for our chickens! We add a TON of EXTRA PROTEIN!! Chickens that FREE RANGE in the summer get a bunch of protein from bugs, insects, and grubs naturally that they find; in winter those go away! So by adding some nutrient rich foods and giving them extra light; keeping them warm and dry and giving them fresh water keeps them happy!

Happy Healthy Chickens = Tons of Healthy Nutritious Eggs!!
