We've been enjoying some Oktoberfest lately, and we've found that it's especially nice washing down the Australian Steak Melt from The Lab 🍻

It's like an adult grilled cheese meets cheese steak with sundried tomatoes and chipotle aioli on a cheddar-jack artisan bread 🧀🍖🍅

The Oktoberfest is an amber hued Lager that finishes malty and smooth, and it's exactly what you want to follow a bite from that sandwich 😋
