Congratulations and good luck!! 😄

Last night was one for the history books with our 13U football team winning the New England Regional Championship to become the first football team in program history to advance to Nationals!! Our athletes left it all on the field & refused to be denied that 'ship! They faced a very tough opponent, the Oakmont Chargers, who battled us to a 20-20 halftime score. Our boys then dominated the 2nd half to win 41-26.

We want to thank the Watertown CT Police Department & Watertown Fire Department for giving our youth athletes an es**rt out of town as they traveled to the game & then again to bring them back into town. These are moments that our youth athletes will remember forever!!

Thank you Itty-Bitty Cookie Company for donating cookies for our 13U football athletes & our D16 cheerleaders to have as a post game snack. Thanks as well to Pepsi Cola of Bristol for donating pre-game Gatorade protein bars to provide our youth athletes with the energy & muscle support needed before they hit the gridiron.

The outpouring support from our entire Water-Oak community is amazing! From those who attended the game (we had 5x the number of fans than our opponent), to those who lined the streets, and to those who have been showing our youth athletes love on social media - we appreciate you!! It has been great to see our community rally around our youth athletes & celebrate the accomplishments.

Lastly, to our coaches & team mom, thank you for the countless hours you have volunteered in preparing our athletes, teaching them discipline, and most importantly helping shape them into young adults that are destined for greatness for years to come.
