We have two beautiful collaboration beers released this week!

With our friends at we made a classic Vienna lager. It’s 5% and has a smooth body with a beautiful golden malt flavor.

And with our friends at Bee & Brew Meadery. We made a classic French farmhouse style wheat ale at 6%. The honey addition gives the body a crisp dryness that compliments the coriander bitter orange peel additions.

It’s about that time of year again!

Available at all locations, our beloved Malaitoberfest beers.
This year it’s the return of our Marzen Oktoberfest 6%, the Munich Helles lager 4.8%, and classic Bavarian Hefeweizen! 5%

Marzen is malty and robust with aromas of toasted bread.

The Helles is fuller bodied and maltier than our Pilsner.

Hefeweizen is a creamy full bodied wheat ale with layers of nutmeg, citrus, and nuanced banana fruitfulness.

Limited to small batches this year, it will not last long. Tracht is optional. 🥨🍺🇩🇪🍻

New rotator available at all locations. Vietnamese coffee stout 7% This intensely toasty stout is brewed with our house Vietnamese cold brew coffee, which skips the coffee bitterness in favor of strong notes of a woodsy earthy roast profile. Cheers!

Murder Hornet 12% abv

Return of the Murder Hornet. Back by popular demand! This style of beer is a Braggot. It’s an old world saison that gets around half of its alcohol from honey. We also added 15 pounds of bee pollen from to give it a nice floral aroma. It is a crisp dry bodied smooth drinker.
