Another summer night, another successful Scratch Catering birthday event!

Our guests were first served a round of Ahi Tuna Tacos with house made shell tuna tartare, guacamole, and microgreens, coupled with our Prosciutto Arugula Crostini, made with a toasted baguette, prosciutto, fig jam, whipped cream cheese, and arugula.

The serving trays came back each time with only crumbs left.
