The cows are happy to see some sunshine, they’ve been some troopers thru this winter storm. They are standing on roughly 5” of snow with an ice cap so thick they aren’t busting thru to the actual ground!

Santa brought us a heifer this morning!

We have to brag on this cow, she calved earlier this year on Jan. 18, with another heifer. She’s almost 13 years old and still producing and cycling like she’s a young cow!

Then this rainbow showed up… and wouldn’t you know it, the cows were right at the end of it !

Looks like the good lord knew we needed a little beauty - and a whole lotta grass growin’! 🌈🐮
