A few weeks ago I got the awesome opportunity to attend a local workshop (which is rare for a local workshop to be open to the locals!) and learn more about styling in the details. Oh my goodness how it opened my eyes!

I loved getting to see how other photographers see it and the endless possibilities you can create!

The magic happening at Cafe Dupont with Sanctuary Farms fresh figs!

Hands down our favorite culinary experience in Birmingham, where you cannot go wrong with any selection. It’s *truly* farm to table fine dining (no BS) 🤣 💁‍♀️ but most importantly, each ingredient absolutely sings in perfect harmony no matter what you try. Save room for dessert!!!! 👌🙌😻

These last couple of seasons have been all about regrouping, building soil, orchard production planning, experimentation, pollinator support, listening to the land, and balancing life. We’ve been buying local produce we usually grow from our farm community friends and it’s been humbling and inspiring! Grateful to our patrons coming along with us patiently for the ride. Celebrating the delicious small victories of 👌🍐🍎🍏🍑🍇🍅🥬🍈🌿🌱

Fresh picked blueberry basil & bourbon cocktails with Southern Tomato Pie 🥧👌 👩‍🍳 coming together nicely for a legit Sunday meal 🙌🙌🙌 I haven’t made a Tomato Pie since last season and I definitely DID forget how many lengthy steps involved... but it’s 100% worth it and... it’s Sunday 🤷‍♀️🍅🍅🍅🍅

Anatomy of heirloom soft neck green garlic 101 🤩👌
‘Green’ meaning freshly harvested as apposed to cured & sold at your local supermarkets. There are soooo many big differences in flavor, texture, and water content. *It’s ALIVE*
No peeling the layers of paper, and the stem & leaves can be used for flavoring of sauces & recipes.. Shown.. whipping up a quick salad of Bellemeadow Farm heirloom tomatoes 🍅💯 with grated garlic & torn basil, large flake sea salt, olive oil & balsamic, and grated Parmesan 🙌🙌🙌
