Bob and I just got back from our Awesome trip to Arizona and New Mexico. New Mexico was one of my life goals “to travel to all Fifty states.” 48 visited 2 to go. You guess which ones still to go! Maple season is year round at Pied Piper Maple Farm but we still have to squeeze in a few family activities. Taking advantage of winter in NH and taking Grandaughters skiing during their winter break. Bob really enjoyed skiing in Taos NM and I got to visit Los Alamos where my Dad spent his military years. Maybe I will get techy and figure out how to post more pictures. We have such a beautiful country! We will be making our yummy maple syrup in March. Stop by and say hi or come the last 2 weekends in March for Maple Weekends. We hope to have horse drawn wagon rides again this year but will need to have reservations. Soo much to do. We’ve been doing lots of work in the woods. With the winds we’ve had there are lots of trees and branches on the lines and now snow covering them. Yesterday my friend Jan and I braved the cold and replaced and tapped 5 lines. Today I’m starting with maple coated nuts. When they are in the oven I’ll head back to the woods! Plan on visiting Maple Weekend last 2 weekends in March!

We have been busy making beautiful syrup this week😀 Maple Weekend was busy with tours and treats and boiling on Sunday. The storms and flooding I hope are done. Beautiful day. I'm making maple sugar shapes and finishing a batch of maple cream!!! Yum 😀
