Bauer Ag Solutions is in search of employee(s) to help with Seed Sales Operations and Technology advancement.

Description of work:
--Use your sales skills to develop strong relationships with customers as you provide them with a variety of products and services.

--Provide a service through selling Channel Seed to customers throughout Greeley County and surrounding areas.

--Assess producers’ needs through farm visits and work with their data, partner with a professional agronomy team, provide prescriptions for planting and applications

--Maintain a professional image in the community, be actively involved in local events, and attend regional company events representing the brand.

--Assist in operations as needed, willingness to service and assist farmers utilizing technology on their farms such as GPS Steering and Yield monitoring is a plus.

Pay and compensation are based on experience and performance
