This week we said goodbye to our clever but sweet Houdini. 🤍

Houdini earned her name. No matter what kind of pen we put her in, she always found a way to escape! And when she’d see someone coming she’d run back to her pen as if nothing had happened.

She was clever, determined, and the undisputed ringleader of our three goats. If there was mischief happening, Houdini was probably behind it, and the others were happily following along.

She was also incredibly friendly and loved being around people. Her big personality and impressive escape artistry made her unforgettable to our family and so many of our guests.

One of the hardest parts of having a farm is saying goodbye to the many animal friends who come into our lives, become part of our family, and leave long before we’re ready.

Rest in peace, Houdini. We will miss our friendly little escape artist. 🤍
