🗒Im in the process of going through my list and bagging those who placed orders. I will start tagging those whose beef is ready for pick-up in a bit. If I don't tag you, that doesn't mean you're not on my list. Im limited on freezer space and need to clear some out first.

PICK-UP

🏃‍♀️I really would like to avoid chasing folks around. Beef is frozen and it HOT outside. Pick-up at the farm in Sparkman or at one location everyone could pick-up at would be ideal.

Farm Fresh Beef vs Store Bought Beef

2. farm-fresh beef is often lower in fat and higher in nutrients like Omega-3 fatty acids, which can be beneficial for overall health.

3.Naturally-raised beef is a healthier alternative vs. most meat available at the store. It has approximately 30% less total fat and lower cholesterol vs. commercial beef.

4.The meat you find in a grocery store is mass-produced. Its origins are more like a factory than a traditional farm. Operating with government subsidies, the purpose of these meat factories is to produce as much meat as possible.

5.This means poor quality control and poor meat quality.

6.Factory-style farming means fewer nutrients in the meat.

7.Mass-produced meat is also more likely to contain antibiotics and growth hormones.

8.Factory-style farming also can includes additives in animal feed.

Our beef is FINALLY going to be USDA certified/inspected and sold as small packages of individual cuts and/or we are considering selling beef boxes (variety) for those who don’t have a big freezer. Let me know what you would be interested in. Feedback appreciated.
