Working on a thai chicken, soup dumpling. First step, working on getting the flavors where I want them. Next step, putting it in a soup dumpling.

This dish is one of the most meaningful dishes I've ever made. Six or so years ago I discovered Kdrama. I loved it so much that I wanted to share it with my friends. What started out as one friend and I eating my homemade onigiri, with super kawaii faces I hand cut from nori. Watching the Kdrama "You are Beautiful." Turned into 25 people showing up to my house every Monday night for food and Kdrama. Some nights we packed my living room so full half a dozen people had to watch from behind in the kitchen.

My goal is to share something like that with the world again. To eventually have a place that people can come to, and have a meal that they will always count on to be delicious. To have a place that people can make memories.

Until that time comes. I will be working on many different concepts and dishes to shape The House of Blue Leaves into my vision. With the astounding amount of support I have already received I know that this can become a reality.

Thank you all so much for being a part of my journey. I hope that I can bring you food you will never forget and a experience that you will want to share with those closest to you.

We have some great news and not-so-great news to share. 🤷‍♀️

The not-so-great news is that we will be going on a pre order hiatus until September. 😭

The great news is that we are moving to a larger kitchen!!! 🎉

We will have more room and storage for Pre-orders. Which means we will start offering Pre-orders three days a week! When we start taking pre orders again we will Announce them Friday the week before. Allowing everyone more time to order their favorite dishes. In the mean time we will be still be recipe testing to bring you more amazing dishes.

However we won't be gone completely! In later stages of recipe testing I will be reaching out to anyone who is interested in trying some of the dishes I will be testing. If you are interested leave a comment so I can start building a list!

Thank you to everyone that ordered the pork chashu bento Friday! You have no idea just how much it means to me that everyone enjoyed their food as much as they did.

I am hard at work in the kitchen this week working on new recipes for everyone. So we will not be having a pre order this Tuesday Aug 4th. I will be announcing Fridays pre-order on Wednesday. This one I feel like is super fun and is crazy popular in South Korea!

That chili oil bubbling!🌡 If you love spicy food you will love our chili oil. 🌶 If you've had our house made chili oil then you also know just how addicting it is. We will be offering jars for pre-order in the coming weeks and possibly a paste! 🔥

This Friday's pre-order! Pork belly chashu bento with seasoned tongho, pickled daikon, and a hard or soft boiled egg over rice. (Egg not pictured)

$15 per box. This is over 2lbs of food with 8oz of pork belly.

$5 delivery. Free delivery on 3 or more orders to the same location. Free local pickup in Sparks.

$10 per meal. Comes with white rice and 8oz of cooked spicy pork bulgogi.

$5 delivery fee on orders of 2 or less to the same location. Free delivery on orders of 3 or more to a single location. Local pickup is also free!

Did a test run on our miso pork fluffy dumplings today! We can't wait to deliver these to everyone tomorrow!!!

Pre orders are open for miso pork fluffy dumplings! Fluffy dumplings are a hybrid between a dumpling and steam bun. They are smaller than a steam bun, but 1.5x's larger than a regular dumpling. We steam fry them to give them a crispy bottom and supper fluffy body!

Dumplings will be delivered on Friday July 24th. They will be six for $8. Each order comes with choice of dipping sauce. Sauces to choode from; chili oil, chili soy, and dumpling sauce. Extra sauces $1 each, extra chili oil $2.

Spicy pork bulgogi anyone? We are looking to do pre orders for next Tuesday! Each order comes with rice and 8oz of pork! Post cooked weight!

We will also have this in a vacuum sealed meal kit. We prep your order the day before and it is delivered to you frozen and can be kept for up to two months in the freezer! Each meal kit comes with 12oz of pork pre cooked weight and simple cooking instructions!

$10 per order comes with freshly steamed white rice.

Available for pick up in Sparks or delivered for a $3 fee. Orders of two or more to the same location recieve free delivery!
