We operate our small, family-owned farm with our two children, Aiden and Addison (Double A). We started to build our shop/house (shouse as some people have called it) on the farm in 2019, finishing it in 2020. When the COVID pandemic hit, we were asked by several people if we could sell hamburger. In 2021 we decided to get our state licenses and inspection to open our own retail shop. In our shop,
we sell farm-fresh beef! Our beef cattle eat a balance of minerals, corn, and hay, which is grown on the farm, ensuring the best marbling and flavor! Our beef is processed from local butcher shops, there they cut, wrap, and freeze our beef. All shops that we work with our locally USDA inspected. Customers can purchase individual items or buy ¼, ½, and wholes. Our mission is to provide our customers with quality beef at an affordable price. Please contact us with any questions.
