Have so many pictures of the way my goats try to unalive themselves....I think I may do a hall of shame calendar. This was a new one tonight. After a quick climb in the hay feeder to pull the fence out, he was able to back himself out of trouble.

T-Bone got me twice tonight. I finally vacated the barn yard before he sanded all the skin of my legs.

Ricky likes to howl in the morning and Jack tries to join in, though he doesn't really have the vocal range for it. Always fun and games despite the heat while we feed out.

I interesting little time-lapse I did of the smoke moving in on the farm last night. The horse, Beauty, didn't appreciate it, neither did our guard dogs. Everyone was restless from the sudden smell of fire.

Had our first true local sale today, so excited. Things are slowly but surely looking up for the farm. 😁

We also have the Beauty on loan to help clean up the pastures as well. Did you know small and large ruminants, as well as monogastrics don't share parasites. They also graze different, so using them in coordination with each other benifits your pastures and herd health.
