Possum's Cove Food and fun with a lot of Appalachian styles thrown in! Growing up in the mountains, I never realized as a child what a gift I had been given.

My Granny raised me in the same style she had been brought up in, giving me an Appalachian education in the ways of our ancestors. We lived in a bubble that time forgot, doing things the same way people had for 100 years. I can never thank her enough for that and, though she is gone, you will see her touch in so many of the recipes and posts on this page. This is for you Granny!
