The bakery features fresh baked goods including cupcakes, cookies, pastries, pies, cakepops, custom made cakes for every occasion and confectionery gift items. Kathy’s Kreations Bakery and Confectionary Gift Shop began in the
commercial kitchen of the Senator's House in October of 2011. Owner, Baker, and Confectionary Artist, Kathy Murphy, began renting the front of the house from the owners Mike and Pat Phillips and expanded the business to include an ice cream parlor and gift shop know as The Shops at the Senators House in June of 2013. Upon the the sale of the home and it becoming the home of JAM (Junior Appalachian Musicians) the shops moved to 6 South Main Street next to Ofelia's April 1, 2015 where it operated until March of 2020 when the Bakery moved to it's present location at Twin Oaks Mountain Organic Blueberry and Apple Farm. The bakery now specializes in custom orders and has limited fresh baked goods and confectionery treats available for sale at Twin Oaks Store at the intersection of US Hwy 21 and 221 Twin Oaks (Sparta) NC.
