Trying something for the first time is always exciting. Violets-
Never knew this beautiful spring flower was such a powerhouse. Also never realized how absolutely delicious they smell on your fingertips.
We are always seeking ways to be healthier and also be creative with the incredible amount of honey we store in our pantry.
Trying our hand at violet infused syrup, violet simple syrup, violet tincture, and dehydrated violets to grind into powder.
Violets are also the birth flower for February so one of us is super excited this was our first flower.
Always learning….so grateful for this little piece of paradise we get to call home. 💜

During the Sparta Cider Sip and Stroll, we will be showcasing Cedar Creek Bees and Trees Honey at the studio from 4-6:30pm. We will have samples for you to try as well as honey and honey syrup kits available to purchase. I may be a bit biased, but this honey is really, really good!
A gentle stretch, yoga inspired, candlelight class will follow at 7:30pm.

Finally settling into our new space and couldn't be happier. We were able to participate in both the Beer and Brat Festival and the Michigan Apple Festival in Sparta this summer. This community is the best. Small town love all day long.

Our Raw Honey, Maple Syrup, and Simple Honey Syrup kits are available at Elements Movement, located at 220 E Division St. Suite B, in the Village of Sparta. Hours vary, as the movement studio is only open during class hours.

He looks forward to "gotcha day" every single year. Last winter was hard on our hives, but we are excited about our new little ladies. They have been busy working all summer. Fingers crossed they make it through this winter season.
