As a self-taught baker, I make LOTS of interesting discoveries along the way, here’s what I discovered today;
The temp of the Almond Betty Gingerbread Almond Butter I use can turn these Almond Butter Blondies (Every Last Bite - Carmen Sturdy) from true Blondies to what can best be described as “Baked Graham cracked” 😋

Either way they’re PHENOMENAL, so figuring out not one but TWO desserts from the same recipe is a HUGE win in my book!

Finally found a recipe that highlights Almond Betty Almond Butter, one bowl, six ingredients couldn’t be easier!

The orange peel adds more scent than taste… but definitely digging the vanilla extract 😋
Still tweaking this recipe, what a fun job to have 🤩☺️🥰
