Post-Helene Update -

Wow, what a week it has been too! We hope this newsletter finds you safe and that you are back into some sort of normalcy. 🙏 We got power back last Wednesday evening, and that first night of sleeping with the A/C reminded us just how reliant we are on electricity. ⚡💤

The Aftermath from Helene! Our neighborhood was hit hard, but everyone was safe, thankfully. And, we have been able to keep the farm running, limping along on generators. Hope everyone is safe and hope to get back to normal here in a few days.

The power 💪 of microgreens! Take a basic (but very tasty) breakfast and transform 🪄 it into a super one! Not only does it improve the plate appeal, but also adds nutritional density with the flick of a wrist😎. This is our micro Cilantro, which gives any meal a fresh, bright flavor. So easy....so tasty. 💚🌱
