It’s 5 AM and my body reminded me exactly why Bee Flat Tea exists.
I’ve been restless and I didn’t wake up because I wanted to.
I woke up because IBS pain 😔doesn’t care what time it is. Sharp. Sudden. Gut‑gripping. The kind of pain that keeps you up and makes you sit still in the dark
This is the part people don’t see. The part I used to suffer through in silence. The part that made me pray for relief and eventually create my own.
